Naturally we want to simplify the user rating experience, so ratings get distilled down to something as simple as a 5-star rating system. What are your thoughts on other rating models for food? Would a 4-star model be any more or less useful vs. a 3-star or 5-star model?
Uber uses a numerical 5.0 rating, which has led people to believe a 4.5 rating is considered bad, which I disagree with since I don’t think there’s a consistent reason for riders getting 5 stars vs 4 stars.
